This Privacy Policy explains how SB Legal Solution collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit this website, contact SB Legal Solution, request legal advice, submit information through the consultation or contact form, or otherwise communicate with SB Legal Solution.
1. Data Controller
SB Legal Solution acts as the controller of personal data for the processing activities described in this Privacy Policy. This means that SB Legal Solution determines the purposes and means of the processing.
Contact details are set out in section 18.
2. Personal Data We Process
Depending on how you interact with SB Legal Solution, the following categories of personal data may be processed:
- name and surname;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- address, where necessary;
- identification details, where necessary for a legal service;
- information submitted through the contact or consultation form;
- documents and information relating to a legal matter;
- contractual, service-related or payment information, where necessary;
- technical information relating to website use, as described below;
- other information you choose to provide voluntarily.
Not all of these categories are collected from every website visitor. A visitor who only browses the website provides no personal data beyond limited technical information, while a person who submits the contact form provides the details entered in it.
Technical information
When you submit the contact form, the form provider (see section 8) creates a hashed, pseudonymised value from your IP address for spam detection and rate limiting. According to the provider’s published documentation, the unhashed IP address is not stored. In addition, the website hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time in server logs in order to deliver and secure the website.
3. How We Use Personal Data
SB Legal Solution may use personal data to:
- respond to inquiries and consultation requests;
- communicate with clients and potential clients;

SB Legal Solution does not use personal data for marketing, advertising or profiling purposes, and does not make decisions based solely on automated processing. If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before the change takes effect.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
SB Legal Solution processes personal data only where an appropriate legal basis exists under applicable Georgian personal data protection legislation. The legal basis depends on the activity concerned:

Where another legal basis provided by applicable legislation is relevant to a particular activity, SB Legal Solution will rely on that basis.
5. Special Categories of Personal Data
Because of the nature of legal services, documents and information provided to SB Legal Solution may contain special categories of personal data. Depending on the legal matter, examples include health-related information and information relating to criminal convictions or proceedings.
SB Legal Solution processes such data only where an appropriate legal basis exists and only to the extent necessary for the relevant legal service.
Please do not include health information, criminal-record details, identity documents or other confidential documents in the website contact form. Describe your inquiry in general terms. If SB Legal Solution needs such information, it will tell you how to send it.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies or similar technologies. Any cookies or similar technologies that are used are technically necessary, meaning they are needed to deliver the website or keep it secure.
If optional analytics, advertising or tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and, where required by law, your consent will be requested before they are used.

- obtain necessary technical or website-related services;
- protect legal rights and interests;
- achieve other purposes permitted by applicable law.
Where disclosure is needed for a client matter, it is limited to what the matter requires and remains subject to SB Legal Solution’s professional confidentiality obligations.
8. Technical Service Providers
SB Legal Solution uses the following technical service providers, which process personal data on its behalf and only to provide their services.
Contact form provider
The contact and consultation form is processed by Formward (formward.eu), a form-backend service operated by EGF Fastighetsservice AB, a company registered in Sweden. When you submit the form, Formward receives the information you enter, filters it for spam, stores it and sends a notification to SB Legal Solution by email. Formward acts as a processor on the instructions of SB Legal Solution, which remains the controller of the submitted data. According to Formward’s published information, form data is stored on servers in Sweden and notification emails are delivered through an email provider in France.
SB Legal Solution has not enabled optional Formward features that involve additional third parties, such as AI-based processing or third-party bot-challenge tools.
Email provider
SB Legal Solution uses Google’s Gmail service to receive and send email, including notifications of contact-form submissions and correspondence with you.
Website hosting provider
The website is delivered by a third-party hosting provider, which may process technical data such as IP address and request details in server logs in order to deliver and secure the website.
9. International Data Transfers
Some of the service providers described in section 8 process personal data outside Georgia:
- contact-form data is stored and processed by Formward and its infrastructure providers in Sweden and France.
Whenever personal data is transferred to or made available to recipients outside Georgia, SB Legal Solution will comply with the applicable requirements of Georgian law and use the safeguards required by law. Under Georgian law, this generally means that the recipient country or organisation must ensure adequate protection of personal data, or that another legal ground and the required safeguards apply.
You may contact SB Legal Solution for further information about international transfers.
10. Data Security
SB Legal Solution takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to reduce the risk of unlawful or unauthorised processing, and of loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of personal data.
No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and SB Legal Solution cannot guarantee that personal data will never be compromised. For this reason, please avoid sending sensitive information through the website contact form.
11. Data Retention
SB Legal Solution retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The retention period depends on:
- the purpose of the processing;
- the type of data;
- legal and professional obligations;
- the contractual relationship;
- the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
12. Data Subject Rights
Under applicable Georgian legislation, and where legally applicable, you have the right to:
- receive information about the processing of your personal data;
- access your personal data;
- obtain a copy of your personal data;
- request correction, updating or completion of your personal data;
- request cessation of processing, deletion or destruction of your personal data;
- request restriction of processing;
- receive your personal data in a portable format, where provided by law;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- exercise other rights provided by applicable law.
These rights are subject to legal conditions and limitations. For example, SB Legal Solution may be unable to fulfil a request where it must retain data by law, where data is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or where disclosure would breach professional confidentiality or the rights of others.
13. How to Exercise Your Rights
To make a request about your personal data, contact SB Legal Solution by email: s.b.legalsolutiongeorgia@gmail.com.
SB Legal Solution may reasonably verify the identity of the person making a request. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable Georgian legislation and within the statutory time limits.
14. Third-Party Websites
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. SB Legal Solution is not responsible for the privacy practices, content or security of those websites. Please review their privacy policies before providing personal data to them.
15. GDPR
SB Legal Solution primarily operates under Georgian legislation. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) does not automatically apply to SB Legal Solution or to all website visitors. GDPR requirements will be considered where a particular processing activity falls within the applicable scope of the GDPR.
Being located outside Georgia does not by itself mean that the GDPR applies. Likewise, the use of a service provider established in the European Union does not by itself make the GDPR apply to SB Legal Solution.
16. Complaints
If you have concerns about how your personal data is processed, please contact SB Legal Solution first: s.b.legalsolutiongeorgia@gmail.com.
Where applicable, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Georgian data protection supervisory authority, currently the State Audit Office of Georgia, and/or to seek judicial or other available remedies.
